Good Friends

I had the best going away party last night at Ninfa's in Waco! All of my friends and most of my close coworkers were there and the best part of it all is that it was a HUGE surprise :) I love surprises! It meant so much to me that all of my friends were there and they are all friends I have come to love and care about while working at Chase in Waco, TX.

Now I am moving 2 hours north, and I can only hope that I have coworkers and friends as wonderful as these! Thank you all....and I love ya!!

I'm an Aunt

Well my handsome little nephew, Drake, arrived on Sunday April 15th at 3:51 PM. He is the cutest little guy. He and his momma are very healthy and are doing well. My brother is such a proud daddy. He says he is going to teach Drake to play football in no time! Drake weighed 6 lbs and 6 oz.

I am so excited that he is here! I can't wait to hold him, spoil him, love on him, and spoil him some more. I am so thankful for him and he is a true treasure to our family.

Casey and I are now home owners. It is exciting and a little scary all at the same time. We actually have a mortgage now, and have to make those monthly payments that never go away for a really long time! YIKES! But we are really excited and happy to finally be able to own a house of our own. We are definitely going to bless others with our house and open it up to anyone that would like to come over to hang out. God has blessed us with this home, so we want to bless others in return.

Casey graduates May 11th. There is light at the end of the tunnel. He has worked so hard to complete his Master's degree. I am very proud of him. So we are now home owners, about to live in another town, and now an aunt and uncle!!! Things are getting exciting these days!!!
