Cooking Healthy
OK, I have another goal I am working to achieve, and that is to cook more healthy. I want to cook at least 5 days out of the week, and start considering eating left-overs.....yuck! I have realized that there is just too much money that is spent through out the week when eating out. So, if you have any recipe ideas, I would love them!
Tish has already hooked me up with a yummy stir-fry. I can't wait to try it out :) So, for those of you who love to cook & have some good recipes....send them my way :) !!!!
